GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

 

• we accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be handled securely via PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account. All you have to do is enter your card details. Sometimes PayPal tries to hide the credit card section to try to get you to sign up for a PayPal account, but it is there, usually on the left of the page.

• we aim to dispatch all orders from the store within 5 days (excluding those pesky weekends and holidays). Then add on these estimated delivery times depending where you are:
  UK 1st class post - 1 or 2 working days in most cases
  Europe Airmail - 3 or 4 working days
  ROW Airmail - 5 or 6 working days

• rarely, Royal Mail or our international carriers deliver a bit slower than the promised times above. In those cases, here's what to do:

Wait a couple of days - most parcels will turn up, even if it is a few days later than expected.

Check your local post office/sorting office in case they couldn't deliver (especially if you live in flats or have a non-standard address).

 

The most common cause of delayed or non-delivered items is incorrectly or incomplete addresses.

If you are in the UK then Royal Mail will hold your order at the local delivery office for three weeks before returning it to us. This means it can take over a month to arrive back to us from when we sent it.

If you are outside the UK then you may need to be a little more patient. We regularly have undelivered items returned here 2 or 3 months after being dispatched. However, we will aim to resolve the issue before then. The best thing you can do to prevent this happening is make sure your address is as full and complete as possible.

If you don't have any luck with the above, then get in touch with us via the contact page , stating your order number and confirming your delivery address.

Please note Royal Mail only consider parcels to be lost after 15 working days from the due date (not the posting date), so we can't act until then.

 

• our store is registered in the UK. Where you've requested delivery to a EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include UK VAT. To obtain a VAT receipt, please contact us after you have received your confirmation email. 

      If you order products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT         chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.

• All products will be shipped in high-quality weather-proof packaging. All products will be shipped First Class with Royal Mail, unless otherwise indicated.

 

• We aim to hand print and dispatch all orders from the store within 3-4 working days. Then add on these delivery times depending where you are:
  UK 1st class post - print time above, plus 1-2 working days in most case
  USA - print time above, plus 3-5 working days.
  Europe Airmail - print time above, plus 3-4 working days
  ROW Airmail - print time above, plus 5-10 working day

 

• Delivery charges vary by region 

      For t-shirt:

      United States & Canada: $5.99 plus $2.49 for each extra item.

      Central America: $5.99 plus $2.99 for each extra item.

      South America: $7.99 plus $3.99 for each extra item.

      Other: $7.99 plus $3.99 for each extra item. 

      For Hoodies:  

      United States & Canada: $8.00 plus $2.00 for each extra item.

      Central America: $12.00 plus $3.00 for each extra item.

      South America: $12.00 plus $3.00 for each extra item.

      Other: $12.00 plus $3.00 for each extra item.

      For Caps:

      United States & Canada: $5.00 plus $3.00 for each extra item.

      Central America: $5.00 plus $3.00 for each extra item.

      South America: $5.00 plus $3.00 for each extra item.

      Other: $5.00 plus $3.00 for each extra item

ONCE YOU COMPLETE A PURCHASE OF DOWNLOADABLE OR STREAMING MUSIC, THE SALE IS FINAL, COMPLETE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE PORTION OF YOUR ORDER THAT CONTAINS DIGITAL MUSIC BE REFUNDABLE.
